SESSION 2

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation | Hands On Training

• Proper positioning for Cardiopulmonary resuscitation

• Practice on adult (and pediatric dummies)

• Role play

• Discussion: before giving care and checking an injured or ill person

• Understanding and discussion of soft tissue injuries

• Discussion of injuries to muscles, bones and joints 

SESSION 3

Automated External Defibrillator | Hands On Training

• Understanding the purpose of an automated external defibrillator

• When to use automated external defibrillator

• How to use an automated external defibrillator

• Location of automated external defibrillator

SESSION 4 Course Review

• Handout Review (test)

• Question & Answers for sessions 1 - 3

• Participants receive a C.P.R., First Aid, and A.E.D. course completion card electronically (or by paper).
